This is just a quick post to give you guys info on the FAQ Update & comments. As some of you may be aware we’re in the process of compiling an FAQ list of issues and solutions which will be placed on the site soon (as soon as we feel it’s complete). This should make it easier for you to find your solutions to issues you may have. Because of this, you may have noticed that comments are going unanswered and unapproved (for the time being) as we’re making sure to add everything to the FAQ as we go along, seeing as we’re getting certain questions over and over.
It’s unrealistic to be writing the FAQ up and answering 100+ comments daily, so we hope you understand why we’re doing it this way. Rest assured though, we’re going to make sure to include everything which is currently left as a comment in the FAQ section.
I felt it was necessary to just get this out there so you guys knew that the site was still active and that we weren’t just ignoring you. We’ll still be answering certain comments (depending on spare time). But hopefully the FAQ should be up soon!

Hi ZackehSoul,
Thank you very much for your good work.
I just recently discovered you on the web.
MY girlfriend has the new latest iMac with Mountain Lion.
I have a modern Intel Laptop with NVidia graphics that supports USB3.
Your tools has allowed me to use my VMWare 9, to create a new virtual a new Virtual machine the Mountain Lion image created from her computer.
The first thing that happened after the image fully booted up was that no VMware tools were required. It just worked perfectly.
I then applied your Virtual Tools which made the image display in HD.
When you start Safari and you click the icon Show Top Sites located near the coloured buttons on the top left side of the task bar. it is underneath the icloud logo.
The Top Site images flicker uncontrollably.
Also When you enable USB3 in VMware 9 located in the settings and then you go into the OS X desktop the mouse and the screen freezes. You then have to click CTRL ALT key to get out of the OS X and then Power Down the OS X.
Go back into the VM Settings and uncheck the USB3 and then Power up.
FaceTime keeps saying that there is a Network connectivity issue of which I am unable to identify.
Thank you ZackehSoul.
Hi ZackehSoul,
I have upgraded Mountain Lion from 10.8.2 to 10.8.3 and everything works ok. I then installed and updated iLife and iWork (legally purchased)to the latest version of their individual software. iPhoto , iMovie , pages , Numbers etc all opens but I could not see or edit any photo or documents. In case of iPhoto, when I double click to open a photo from event library, the photo window opens blank. In pages and numbers when I double click a template, a blank window opens. The edit using any of the menus is not visible. Any idea what i am missing or do to make it work..?
